We are located in Colwich, Ks. We are a private in home cattery (specializing in Sphynx Kittens) dedicated to producing a fabulous, healthy, intelligent, and an incredibly social companion. Our Queens have been imported from the Ukraine, where the breeding ethics are quite protected, as well as from our own litters, While, our sweet King Leo hales from Spain.
Our lovebugs are free to roam my home, and all of our kittens are handled, and socialized as soon as they are old enough. They play, cuddle, and interact very well with my children, my grandchildren, and Max my 100 pound Doberman.
My first boy, Remi, came to my home at a time in my life when I was utterly heartbroken and beyond sad. That sweet boy healed me with is cuddles and relentless cuteness. He never left my lap and slept in my armpit and the rest is history. I warn you, they are addicting!!!
My sister cattery is Prairie Creek Cats. They are of of the utmost quality, and their cattery is very similar to ours. Any information regarding this breed is available through myself as well as mentors . Together we have a combined 45 years of successful ethical breeding. Feel free to email me at kadkel144@gmail.com

Although hairless cats have been reported throughout history, breeders in Europe have been developing the Sphynx breed since the early 1960s. Two different sets of hairless felines discovered in North America in the 1970s provided the foundation cats for what was shaped into the existing Sphynx breed.
The contemporary breed of Sphynx cat, also known as the Canadian Sphynx, is distinct from the Russian hairless cat breeds, like Peterbald and Donskoy.

The sphynx is known for its lack of coat (fur- Hairless cat). Hairlessness in cats is a naturally occurring genetic mutation; however, the Sphynx cat, as a breed, was developed through selective breeding, starting in the 1960s. The skin should have the texture of chamois leather, as it has fine hairs, or the cat may be completely hairless. Whiskers may be present, either whole or broken, or may be totally absent. The cats have a narrow, long head and webbed feet. Their skin is the color that their fur would be, and all the usual cat markings (solid, point, van, tabby, tortie, etc.) may be found on the Sphynx cat’s skin. Because they have no fur they lose more body heat than coated cats which makes them warm to the touch and prone to finding warm places including your lap. Though Sphynx cats lack a coat to shed or groom, they are not maintenance-free. Body oils, which would normally be absorbed by the hair, tend to build up on the skin. As a result an occasional bath or baby wipe is in order. Care should be taken to limit the Sphynx cat’s exposure to outdoor sunlight at length, as they can develop sunburn and skin damage similar to that of humans. In general, Sphynx cats should never be allowed outdoors unattended, as they have limited means to conserve body heat when it is cold. In some climates, owners provide coats or other clothing in the winter to help
